1. The Zero-Telemetry Architecture

Most web applications collect telemetry, transmit input parameters to central databases, and employ third-party analytics scripts to profile user activity. In contrast, TerraSpatial is engineered from the ground up as a 100% static, client-side web application.

When you use any calculator or transformation tool on this platform:

None of these parameters or calculations are ever transmitted across the internet to our hosting servers or to any third party.

2. What Information We Do NOT Collect

Because all computation executes locally, TerraSpatial has no technical mechanism or desire to collect:

3. Technical Server Logs & Edge Delivery

When your browser requests our static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files, our edge delivery network (Cloudflare Pages) automatically logs standard, non-personally identifiable technical connection data necessary for network security and DDoS mitigation. This technical information includes:

These standard network access logs are maintained solely for platform stability and are never correlated with your calculation inputs or local session activity.

4. Third-Party CDN Scripts

To execute geodetic datum transformations, the platform loads the open-source Proj4js library from Cloudflare's public content delivery network (cdnjs.cloudflare.com). This third-party request retrieves a static, version-pinned JavaScript file. No user coordinates or dynamic parameters are ever sent to the CDN provider.

5. Compliance with Global Privacy Regulations

Because TerraSpatial processes zero personal data on its servers, our architecture complies by design with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR Regulation EU 2016/679), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and related international privacy statutes. There is no personal database to breach, no user profile to delete, and no private data to export.

6. Contact Regarding Privacy Inquiries

If you have technical questions regarding our client-side memory architecture or privacy practices, you may inspect the open source-code of any page directly in your browser's Developer Tools or contact the maintainers through our official project channels.
